Q: I have paid for the order, and there was no titles in my Library.
A: Don't worry, all the success or abnormal purchase history will be recorded. Feel free to contact customer support for your order status, in the same time you could check back again to see if the purchased titles has already showed up in your Library.
Q: Can I buy the same title twice?
A: Sorry, you can't buy the same title twice as you only need one digital copy. There will be no "Buy" button if you have already bought the product.
